Kat and I have been reading alot of fanfics lately, here are OurTop 3!
You're My Jinx (Jeff The Killer Love Story)
I really loved how it switched constantly between cruelty and true love, along with the minimal grammar mistakes and just a great story line in general. This is a series but so far there are only 2 stories.

One is that it has multiple point of views, you can read the story not only through Jeff's eyes, but also through the eyes of Alana. Another is that not only is there a lemon, but its actually a good one, descriptive but not to descriptive, one of those things you want to skip but you just can't, the descriptive words are used in a way that you have to pause and process, the way its wrapped into the story so that you are sucked in.
Brother's name is Andy, Andy Biersack http://www.wattpad.com/story/1671534-my-brother%27s-name-is-andy-andy-biersack This would have to be my favorite fanfiction only because it gives you a different outlook on a fanfiction. Instead of Andy taking the love role in the story, he takes the Big Brother role as Alex strolls through her new life as a Biersack.
